Our Resort Guidelines
For your enjoyment and safety, the following rules have been established to benefit all of our guests. Your cooperation in observing these rules will insure that everyone receives the maximum benefit from our facility. We ask that you observe our rules and if you observe others violating any rules, notify our friendly staff.
1) Maximum two persons per trailer are allowed. Additional overnight guests of registered trailers must meet with management and an additional $2.00 charge per night per extra person will apply.
2) There is a $2.00 charge for an extra power cord to the electrical pedestal/motorhome.
3) Rents are due and payable on your due date; the office does not send out statements. Holdover without payment may result in the towing or impoundment of your RV or vehicle. Augie's Quail Trail RV Park does not give refunds.
4) Registration and check-out: We require each guest visitor to register upon entering the park. Check-out time is no later than 11 a.m. If you wish to stay any additional nights, you must notify management before check-out time. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are subject to change.
5) Outgoing mail leaves for the Post Office the day after it is received. No incoming mail is accepted at park. Emergency or urgent phone messages will be delivered to you immediately. No other phone messages will be accepted. The emergency number is 928-683-2850.
6) Garbage: All garbage must be put into plastic bags and then deposited in the Dumpsters provided. No garbage will be tolerated lying outside the trailer at any time, bagged or not.
7) Sewer Connections: All sewer line joints and connections shall be water tight. Ninety degree sewer connectors are available at the check-in building for purchase if you do not have one. All park equipment is your responsibility, so if it becomes damaged or lost, it must be replaced.
8) Water Connections: Please use water pressure regulator. We have high water pressure.
9) Speed Limit: The maximum speed limit is 10 MPH. Slower speeds may be necessary to insure pedestrian safety. All motorized vehicles (including but not limited to motorcycles, ATVs, etc.) are to be used for in and out travel only.
10) Quiet Hours: The hours of 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. are considered quiet hours. Please limit noise in respect to others.
11) Pets: There is a two pet maximum in the park. Pets are to be on a short leash, at all times attached to you and are not allowed inside any of the park buildings. Pets must be attended to at all time and are not to be tied up outside your RV. Absolutely no pet pens allowed. Droppings are to be cleaned up immediately. Non-compliance or nuisance problems with your pet (such as excessive barking) will result in your being asked to leave the park.
12) NO SMOKING is permitted in any of the park buildings including the laundry room. Cigarette butts lying around your site will not be tolerated; you will be asked to clean up your site. Excessive use of foul language will not be tolerated.
13) There will be no soliciting by guests representing any product, service or promotional material while staying in the park. Businesses or construction will be permitted to operate from sites within the park.
14) Only modern independent RVs are allowed. RV sites are to remain uncluttered and no outside storage is permitted. Management reserves the right to refuse occupancy to any trailer when age, size or appearance of their recreational vehicle is not compatible with others in the resort. No tents are allowed.
15) Use of the facilities and equipment will be at the risk of the guests and visitors. Neither the owners nor the management can be held responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property due to fire, theft, accidents or an act of God. You assume all risk associated with entering this park, not limited to but including your persons, your animals and your vehicles.
16) Not permitted at the park: Washing of vehicles at RV site (please use designated RV wash area), hanging of laundry outside or on RVs, wearing or discharging firearms, trimming of tree limbs or other desert foliage, ground fires (BBQs in approved containers are allowed), servicing of vehicles (including charging oil), and outside freezers.
17) Management reserves the right to change these rules at their sole discretion. Management reserves the right to refuse service and/or limit the length of stay.
Thank you for understanding and abiding by all our rules.
